Our facility is equipped with the newest technology. This equipment helps us to accurately determine the type, degree and configuration of a person’s hearing loss. Only after a thorough assessment, can decisions be made regarding the necessary treatment, which can include hearing aids or referral for medical treatment.
If you need hearing aids, we offer the newest hearing aid technology in a range of styles designed to match your hearing loss and your lifestyle.
A Doctor of Audiology will conduct all the tests and procedures. We are equipped with the most advanced test equipment and use the latest evidence-based test protocols to ensure an accurate and comprehensive evaluation of your hearing. We adhere to the strictest ethical and professional guidelines.
If you are a candidate for amplification, a comprehensive assessment allows us to recommend the best solutions to help optimize your ability to hear.
We will explain the test results to you in detail. The more you understand about your level of hearing loss and the solutions that are available to you, the more benefit and satisfaction you will receive from your investment in better hearing.
We provide precise and professional reports of results and treatment plan to your family physician and other professionals when required.
We deal with a variety of top manufacturers to offer a complete line-up of technologically advanced hearing devices. We are not partial to one manufacturer, and instead we select the hearing aids that will best suit your personal hearing needs. This is a necessary part of effective treatment as one manufacturer does not suit all hearing needs
Even the most advanced and expensive hearing instruments will disappoint if they are not the type or style best suited for your level of hearing loss. We are skilled at fitting and programming hearing aids based on the results of your hearing tests and hearing needs. The most advanced fitting methods and equipment are used to make ensure the best outcome.
We offer a full line-up of assistive listening devices, hearing protection devices, swim plugs, batteries and other hearing accessories.
We are dedicated to your long-term hearing health care. Your relationship with us continues beyond your initial appointment. Follow-up care includes ongoing office visits to ensure good hearing health and to make certain your hearing aids continue to work as they should.
We will teach you how to care for your hearing devices at the time of your initial fitting and also we encourage you to visit us any time for a complete and thorough cleaning of your hearing instruments.
We can service and repair your hearing instruments in our office. If your hearing device ultimately needs to be sent out for repair, we will be glad to expedite that service for you.
